FAQs

What do you wear for your first dance class?

Attire:

  • Comfortable clothing such as leggings and a t-shirt. Cardigans/jumpers can be worn at the start of the class.

  • If your child has dancewear, they are welcome to wear it.

Footwear:

  • Ballet, Modern, Musical Theatre, Acrodance: Socks (or dance shoes if available).

  • Tap: We provide second-hand tap shoes; if unavailable in your child’s size, trainers or plimsolls are fine.

Accessories:

  • Hair must be tied back (preferably in a bun). Short hair should be kept out of the face.

  • No jewelry.

  • Bring a water bottle.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Where do we wait during our childs dance class?

Parents/guardians can wait in the reception area or return when the class is over.

  • For safeguarding reasons, we do not allow parents to observe classes unless special considerations apply (e.g., additional needs or young children needing extra support). Rest assured, there will be opportunities to watch your child perform in future events if they continue with us.

  • Your child is encouraged to participate, but they are welcome to observe or join in at their own pace.

What happens after our trial class?

Following the trial, we will email you feedback on your child’s experience and suitability for the class. You’ll also receive details on the next steps if they wish to continue.

Decision Timeline:
A decision doesn’t need to be made immediately, but we recommend letting us know within 5 days to secure your child’s spot
