TERMS OF SERVICE

Families taking three or more lessons will receive a 10% discount, deducted on receipt of payment, provided fees are paid in full during the first week of term. Each term usually runs for 8 weeks, but this may be subject to change.  For families attending three or more lessons, there is an option to pay monthly via standing order (payments due in week 1 and week 4). Please note: the 10% discount does not apply to monthly payments. All fees are expected to be paid by week 2 of term via cash, cheque, or BACS. Dance 10 cannot guarantee a place in class for students whose fees have not been paid in advance. Missed lessons may be ‘made up’ by attending another suitable class within the same term, subject to availability.  All unattended classes must still be paid for unless absence is due to long-term illness or injury of 4 weeks or more. Pupils are expected to arrive promptly, dressed appropriately, and wearing the correct BBO or Dance 10 uniform. Dance 10 operates a strict anti-bullying policy and will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour, disruption, or disrespect towards pupils, staff, or property. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the class teacher has up-to-date emergency contact details on file. Young children must not be left unsupervised outside of class sessions and must be collected promptly. If another adult (not on the pickup list) will be collecting your child, the teacher must be informed in advance. All choreography, teaching material, and class content provided by Dance 10 are the intellectual property of the school. These may not be copied, taught, shared, or presented elsewhere without prior written consent. Students must not represent work learned at Dance 10 as originating from another school, teacher, or source. Dance 10 supports students in expanding their dance education. Where students wish to attend classes at another school in a style not currently offered at Dance 10, we kindly ask that this be discussed with us first to ensure it complements their training and development.
